Our vines are cultivated in a traditional and selective manner. Soil maintenance is done mechanically without chemical weeding and our vines are protected using preparations made from natural products.Winemaking
Short maceration, fermentation and maturing in stainless steel vats, unfiltered. Low level of sulfites added to respect the fruit (30 mg/L).Analysis
Sulfur: total 46 mg/L
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Tasting notes
The spirit of this cuvée is to make an excellent thirst-quenching, gourmet wine.
The nose is rich in fruit. On the palate, the tannins are already melted to leave us with an astonishingly fresh finish!
The drinkability is there!
Advice
Serve at 13°C. to taste between 16 and 17°C. knowing that a decanter may be appropriate the first year.
