Grand Vau 2019 - Anjou Blanc Tasting Comment:
Beautiful bright pale color with greenish hues. The tasters underline together the race and the purity of this refreshing nose where the aromas of citrus fruits, minerality and quince jelly are associated in a beautiful harmony. A bouquet that invites you to taste it. Without waiting, this sharp as a blade cuvée puts the mouth under tension by the insistence of its citrus flavors (mandarin, lemon). Carried by a very nice balance of vivacity and mellowness, this concentrated and salivating wine offers a slightly saline finish of impressive length. What elegance! Well done.

Pavilion 2019 - Anjou Blanc Tasting Comment:
Very pretty sunny color, limpid and of beautiful brightness. This bouquet seduces by the depth and complexity of its aromatic palette. The opening underlines the accents of fresh blzncs fruits (apple, pear), before giving way to the notes finely honeyed (lime, accacia), of vanilla and small dried fruits. The mouth quickly shows an important opulence. Particularly suave, it delivers a very fat texture, almost creamy, translated by notes of ripe white fruits, even in syrup and buttered notes. A fine and welcome acidity appears on the finish, bringing a subtle touch of vigor to an enveloped and richly endowed whole.
