Sud Formation de Béziers sommelier students visiting the domaine

This Tuesday, the estate welcomed the students of the BP sommellerie section of Béziers. Just before they went to visit Nicolas Joly's domaine (Coulée de Serrant de Savennières) to finish their day at the Domaine des Roches Neuves at Thierry Germain's (Champigny). Thanks to Ludovic Bigel, their teacher, for electing us. Thanks also to the students for their technical comments on our wines which will allow us to improve.
