In exclusivity, the extract of this article :
"Terra Vita Vinum is the new name for the long established Domaine Richou in Anjou. Didier Richou has recently retired and Damien, his younger brother has brought in three partners so that the domaine, which has been making wine for three generations, can continue. The new team has already jazzed up the labels and launched a new cuvée - Rock & Schist. During 2020 the domaine will be certified biodynamic. Large soif white (very thirsty) used to be called Chauvigné, the domaine's long standing Anjou Blanc. It is fermented and aged for six months in stainless steel tanks. Tasted in late January, the 2019 had ripe, rich fruit with atractive soft acidity-more a wine for food than aperitif."
