Starting with the Pavillon 2019 a single plot wine, Which is seductive. Here is the tasting commentary:

"Intensity and originality from the nose: complex perfumes, vanilla, mirabelle plums, cereals and a smoky touch (almost reminiscent of the Vouvray chenins). Full-bodied, dense and finely creamy, the material tightens around an ineffable "mineral" sensation, betraying a most promising future.
Beautiful wine. Poultry or smoked salmon.
Wine style : Tchin, Encore, Tulipe !"

Another single plot wine made an impact, Grand Vau 2020. Here is the tasting commentary:

"Sweet vanilla, mandarin, Williams pear, the nose surprises and seduces. There is nothing demonstrative in this loose mouth, all in measure, very finely raised, which leaves a singular sensation of joy (minerality?) in spite of the consistency of the matter. The brilliant and salivating finish is convincing.
Allure without any doubt.
Wine style : Tulipe !"

And finally Terre de 3 2019 an assemblage cuvée. Here is the tasting commentary:

"A slightly smoky and chalky nose that calls out. The fresh fruit, lemon and pear, invites itself in a pure and tense mouth, without concession, thirst-quenching and prolonged by a dash of stimulating zest. One may not like it but when one likes it, one likes it a lot!
